Plan Quinquenal, formed in the city of Buenos Aires Argentina, by Cesar Canali.
Hailing from Argentina I first heard Plan Quinquenal on a split-CD reléase in 2009. We here get a mini album featuring 6 tracks. I was a bit surprised the duo behind the project defined their music as rock. I think it’s more into electronics mixed with guitars, but we all know it’s not always that easy to label a band as one particular genre. I can’t get away that Plan Quinquenal reveals a few interesting ideas..

From the musical point of view, this is a band that meets its electronic sound by adding some explosive guitars and achieving an industrial and noisy sound with synthetic beats, seasoned with a punk ideology. The production and mastering was in charge of Argentinian Carlos Shaw.

Since late fall 2010, their new album recorded in Buenos Aires call Destroying the new Morality , is beeing edited, mixed and mastering by Carlos Shaw.
